PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Environmental infrastructure, industrial digitalisation and engineering management: a professional foundation built through specific responsibilities.

Shanghai · International infrastructure analysis & business-development support · 2025–2026
My work at Shanghai SUS Environment combined investment analysis, international business-development support and stakeholder coordination for waste-to-energy and environmental-infrastructure opportunities. I worked across the questions that shape an early project: country context, waste needs, technology fit, commercial structure, regulation, financing conditions and counterpart readiness.
The role required translating fragmented country and project information into structured decision-support material. I prepared market diagnostics, screening reports, financial-analysis inputs, meeting briefs and handover documentation so teams could understand the opportunity, its uncertainties and the next questions to resolve.
South Asia market research and Bangladesh waste-to-energy analysis formed part of this work, alongside environmental-infrastructure opportunity analysis in Indonesia. These were development and assessment responsibilities; proposed facilities and company investment programmes should be understood in their relevant project stages.
I start with the country and sector: policy priorities, waste systems, electricity markets, investment rules, public institutions and the stakeholder landscape. I then examine the opportunity itself, including waste supply, technical suitability, site and permitting questions, commercial arrangements and risks.
Financial work includes assembling and testing assumptions with the relevant investment colleagues, considering capital and operating costs, revenue conditions and sensitivity scenarios. My Chattogram work included financial-modeling and viability analysis for a waste-to-energy opportunity.
The analytical result needs to be usable. I connect findings to briefings, further information requests, partner discussion and the appropriate internal handover. I have considered participation models including investment, EPC, operations and maintenance, BOT, BOO, PPP and equipment supply.
Country, sector and institutional context.
Technical, commercial, financial and ESG questions.
Partners, specialists and decision-makers.
Briefings, tenders, documentation and handovers.
Alongside market and project work, I developed digital and AI-assisted methods for research, monitoring and documentation. The emphasis was on consistent analysis, traceable evidence and records that preserve the reasoning behind a decision.
This included country-analysis structures, market-monitoring approaches and project archives linking research, correspondence, meeting records and next actions. Human review remains central when digital tools support commercial or technical judgement.
Digitalisation internship · Beijing · 25 Nov 2024–23 May 2025
During my internship from 25 November 2024 to 23 May 2025 in Beijing, I worked on internal information sharing, divisional coordination and research into the localisation of vehicle production and parts supply in China.
I developed an internal digital information-sharing platform for the operations team and supported divisional steering through research and coordinated information. The placement showed me how structured access to information can support cross-functional work in a complex industrial organisation.
Built an information-sharing platform to support the operations team’s access to structured information.
Supported steering activities, team communication and cross-functional information needs.
Examined vehicle production and parts-supply localisation in the China market.

Engineering-management internship · Linyi · 8–31 Oct 2024
My SDLG internship in Linyi ran from 8 to 31 October 2024. The certified responsibilities included product promotion and production-line process layout.
I analysed layouts and process questions and also supported market research and business-case preparation for overseas opportunities. The experience connected engineering-management learning with the practical demands of manufacturing and market-facing communication.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
I connect technical and organisational perspectives, then turn research into material that other people can use.
